Adults Weren't the Only Ones Impacted by Havana Syndrome

While it is true that most of the individuals affected by Havana Syndrome are adults, it is important to note that there were others impacted as well. “Our children are the forgotten victims of Havana Syndrome," said a Canadian diplomat. The impact of Havana Syndrome on children is rarely addressed in research. Despite this, many kids have shown symptoms and sought medical attention, including treatment at places like Walter Reed Hospital. Some symptoms were detailed by parents as “worse” than what they have experienced themselves. More than 20 children were reported to have been affected by Havana Syndrome, including an infant during breastfeeding (according to CBS).
